Production control and planning
Productions modules serve to realization of control conditions defined at Technical Preparation of Production (TPV) to track and monitor the whole production process. Out of these it is possible to extend the module on Maintenance of machines and Visualization of production.
Data and planning (RVP)
Information system myGEM offers several options for production planning. One of the basic planning is the time planning (scheduling). It is possible to plan forward and reverse and according to the set machines capacity, also with respect to material supplies. Individual orders can be rescheduled as needed and according to the current priorities. Another option is operative planning by the current state of human resources, to the possibility of daily scheduling orders after entering the absence of workers. The system also allows planning workshop (detailed plan), which is used for manual planning of individual contracts for specific days. Valuable advantage is generating calendar for the entire company at once or just for individual centers.
Functions and features
- Operative planning
- Monitoring the capacity load
- Graphic display of weekly and daily planned capacities including real
- Automatic booking of subsets
- Planning calendars for each center
- Print all production documentation
- Planning of subsets and tools for machine
- Deviation control
- Traceability of batches, serial numbers
- Simulation of business transactions/contracts – view
- Development projects
- Planning according to human capacity

Production managment and Records (RVE)
RVE module provides the record and the overview of all processes accompanying the production process. It creates a work container for a specific center according to the start date of the production order. It allows checking-out of fulfilled transactions, the creation of wage cards and the evidence of disagreements. The module also provides record of downtimes and other works, takebacks from production, assembly tickets overviews, evidence of cooperations and output control. Another submodule of evidence is tracking worked hours of individual workers. Production records are used primarily for financial and quantitative evaluation of the status of work in progress, evaluation of planned and actual costs, implementation of performance standards, data processing for salaries.
Functions and features
- Records of operations, payroll sheets, payments
- Records of cooperation (simple/complicated)
- Records and management of disagreements
- Records of downtimes and other works
- Records of worked hours
- Records of takebacks from production
- Print production documentation
- Output control
- Overview over the course of the whole contract
- Overview of the missing operations and release of material to contracts
- Monitoring the measured values of the process
- Evaluating the performance standards
- Evaluating the planned and real values, backlogs of orders
- Re-calculate any additional costs to order
- Standard use of barcodes
- Usage of workers time fund

Records of the output control, Disagreements (EVK)
Submodule is designed for recording the output control items tracked by serial numbers. Evidence output control is used to verify the required parameters of the product and its release for storage or sale. If the product is found to be nonconforming, then the process continues with the records of DISAGREEMENTS (non-conformities) and its management.
Functions and features
- Management output control required products
- Automatic write-off of the last operation in the output control
- Possibility of usage a bar code and mobile terminals
- An overview of released products by the output control
- The ability to view and repair the assembly sheet (including the correction of serial number)
- Registration of disagreement at the control
- Management and records of disagreements
