Logistics – Sales (LPR)
This module provides information about contracts, customers and products, including the current production status of the product or the status of the warehouse, and the possibility of booking. Sales works with a common data base TPV. Seller has the tools that enable it to examine the current height of the production cost and realize to review the final price in a short time

Sales planning (OPL)
The module provides merchants a fast, automated, and therefore more accurate, possible production date, including the date of delivery. The output is a sales plan that can form the weeks ahead, according to the set of capacities of individual centers of the company. Plan can be both time as well as quantitatively. Making it is simple and created a sales plan can also be used as a basis for loading.

Shop (PRO)
The Module Shop is designed for direct sales of products using the electronic shopping cart. All documents and customer data are pre-filled automatically and the user doesn´t have to enter the data manually. Required documents such as delivery notes, material issue slip or invoice are generated automatically in the background. The system allows management of multiple stores (shops), when in one shop can be signed only one user. This ensures the monitoring of cash register and documents by individual users/dealers.

Complaints (REP)
Solving complaints from customers, processing a claim case in direct connection to other modules such as Service, TPV, Production, ....

Service (SE)
The management of service contracts for delivered products or providing service serves submodule Service. Service allows you to evaluate and identify the service contracts to a specific serial numbers of products, monitoring and completion of the analysis according to disagreements, period or partners.

Complaints procedure(RK)
Submodule is used for separate registration and tracking claimed items by customer. Each claimed item is solved by separate process – contract. All claimed items are possible to distinguish to unrecognized, recognized and controversial (in solution). In the complaint procedure can also enter specify the defects found and make a quality assessment and possible shortcomings remove. The complete statistics about the occurrence of disagreements in the process is provided.

Planning loading (PNL)
Submodule provides the planning and implementation of loading, incl. shipping products to customers. Loading plan can be created for weeks in advance to individual vehicles and specific days. The finished plan is called a Bill of lading (B/L), which is the basis for the delivery and the basis for production. Planning loading module can be connected to the dispensing dose, when there are automatically generated documentation from various Bills of lading for dispensing from the warehouse using mobile terminals.
