Active documentation management (ASD)

The module Active documentation management (ASD) allows you to work with any data files, their archiving, management, distribution, approval and shredding. Each document is provided with a bar code. This unique identifier provides the proper records and management of electronic and paper documents (guidelines, standards, drawings, decisions, received invoices, other documents).
The submodule Workflow provides electronic distribution of documents and their approval by competent users..

It is possible to share various documents, enter and control tasks (workflow).
