Workflow

Submodule Workflow allows each user to send and receive messages from anywhere in IS. The basis of all the flow of information, tasks, monitoring and approval of changes to documents are dials, function for e-mail communication and reporting templates or tasks.

Functions and features

• Receiving and sending messages (internally and externally)
• Task management and document approval
• Possibility of adjustment of reporting templates and warning messages
• Enclose any document to the report
• Sending also external customers
• Setting the sending notification to the user's e-mail client
