It monitors the flow of material from the beginning of the requirement to the realization of a particular order.

Logistics Purchasing (LNA)

The Logistics – Purchasing module records all orders of materials, parts, assemblies, and cooperatives based on the minimum inventory and the required quantity for registered orders (Order Design). Purchasing includes demand records, supplier ratings, and supply statistics for more efficient supplier selection. Shopping is also linked to the Complaint Management submodule, which provides evidence of complaints to suppliers.

Integrating purchasing into the entire process the inventory on stock is reduced.

Complaint (REA)

Records and tracking of complaints to suppliers (i.e. purchased items) and their solutions.

It is the management and control of movement of tools and preparations.
