Each project is assigned to sub-tasks with a clear description, by time-Fund, a clear determination of responsibilities (phases, tasks, ...) and setting a date for the beginning and deadline of the task. Project managers, but also members of the team have at any time to determine the current status (ongoing, completed, ...) tasks and completion of various stages of the project. When creating the schedule and the actual implementation may take into account the experience of the projects previously implemented (archival records). Projects and tasks management module is fully integrated with the CRM module.
